Application of principles of Chinese management philosophy in modern strategic management leadership.

MISSION: Holistic utilisation of Asian management philosophy. ENVIRONMENTAL ANALYSIS: All great empires always practise their own cultures. Asians have to master modern management in the context of their own cultures. Therefore, there must be proactive accommodation between Asian traits and modern management practices. GOAL: Strategic excellence in all walks of life, especially business, management and leadership in the context of personal and community achievement and development. STRATEGY: Analytical research of disciplines of traditional Asian philosophy for strategic management principles applicable in the modern conditions. PROGRAMS: Practical, effective and uplifting.

Confucian Quest for that "Great Man" Fu Hsi, the world's first man and first of the three "world emperors". His so-called "fish-tail" or "snake-tail" was the long decorative sash, which, in ancient times, was an emblem of high rank. The major tenets of Chinese culture originated from Fu Hsi.
